This may help to land smaller customers who only need a small portion and do not want to pay the full license fee for unlimited monthly access. SaaS CRM products like Salesforce.com or Salesboom.com are better offerings for small and medium size businesses as well as large enterprises. Just make sure you ask for a Service Level Agreement.
